EmviUI License Agreement
Welcome to EmviUI. By accessing or using our digital products and services, you agree to be bound by this license agreement. Please read these terms carefully before using our products.
General Terms
The only owner of EmviUI is Pablo Mayoral (mayoralven) - https://mayoralven.com/. This license grants you the following rights and imposes the following restrictions.
Usage Rights
- You may use EmviUI for commercial purposes.
- You do not need to mention EmviUI in your projects.
- You can use EmviUI in unlimited projects.
- You may create an End Product for personal or commercial use.
- You may combine EmviUI with other works to create derivative works. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
- You may publish the item in your team library or share the files within your organization for participants only if you have purchased a team or enterprise license. Specific licenses allow up to 6 or 12 users, respectively. For more than 12 users, contact info@emviui.com.
Allowed Uses
- Creating websites for yourself or a client.
- Creating web applications or apps for yourself or a client.
- Creating commercial SaaS applications or websites for end users who pay to use as a subscription.
- Creating commercial SaaS applications or websites for end users who pay a one-time fee to use.
- Using EmviUI as a starting point for an internal design system to build upon.
Restrictions
- You cannot resell or redistribute EmviUI.
- You cannot create templates to sell with the kit.
- You cannot use any of the files or assets within the files in a UI kit, library, template, or framework (including other software and frameworks).
- You cannot share the item link on the web or distribute it with Figma public access.
- You cannot place any of the design files into the End Product as they are.
- You cannot redistribute EmviUI as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. This includes using EmviUI to create a template or library for another platform or software.
- You cannot re-distribute or make available EmviUI as-is or with superficial modifications.
- You must not permit an end user of the End Product to extract EmviUI and use it separately from the End Product.
- You cannot publish the item in your team library or give edit permissions to other people if you bought an individual license. Please purchase a team license if there is more than one person using the file.
Examples of Prohibited Usage
- Sharing or publishing files or assets within the files online or making them publicly available.
- Sharing files or assets with other users who have not purchased a license.
- Creating versions of EmviUI for other platforms (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer) and making them available for free or for sale.
- Creating versions of EmviUI in different technologies (e.g., React, Vue, HTML, Bootstrap, Tailwind) and making them available for free or for sale.
- Creating a UI kit, theme, template, design system, or starter kit using components, designs, assets, or templates from EmviUI and making it available for free or for sale.
- Creating an "app builder" or "website builder" that uses components, designs, assets, or templates from EmviUI.
License Types
Premium License - 1 User
This license is for a single user only. You cannot share or publish the item in your team library or give edit permissions to other people.
Team License - Up to 6 Users
This license is for up to 6 users. You may publish the item in your team library and share the files within your organization for up to 6 users.
Ultimate License - Up to 12 Users
This license is for up to 12 users. You may publish the item in your team library and share the files within your organization for up to 12 users.
Enterprise License - Unlimited Users
This license is for unlimited users within your organization. You may publish the item in your team library and share the files within your organization for an unlimited number of users. For more than 12 users, please contact info@emviui.com to organize the license.
